How Can I Track My Order?

Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

Habitat accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us

• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

Shipping FAQ (United States Only)

We ship orders through USPS and UPS. We offer both expedited and standard shipping however we are NOT responsible for any changes and delays due to shipping services (i.e holiday shipping and weather).

We do not offer changes on shipping once the label is created.

Do you pay international customs, duties or fees?

We do not pay any international customs, duties or fees. All fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please reference your local laws & procedures. We will not cooperate with any falsification of customs documentation.

Hey now my stuff isn't arriving!

Please always check your tracking at where your package is. If the package hasn't shipped we will be getting to it shortly! Same if the label has only been made.

If the shipment has already left our facilities then most times it is up to the shipping company. Remember many people order during Christmas and conditions can be unsafe for them. Those hard workers will be swamped.

What if there is a problem with my order?

If there is an issue with the order, please email support@bossmonsta.com and let us know the following:

Your Order Number

  • Example: Order #12345

Specific Problem with order 

  • Example: Missing Item / Damaged product / wrong size, color.
  • “I ordered a Blue Protobean but received a Red one.”
Returning Items
Refund Policies

We have a conditional return policy, which means we do not accept returns / exchanges unless there is an issue with the product (damaged, defective, wrong color or there is a mistake with the order. If there is a mistake with the order we will do our best to make make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@bossmonsta.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you wish for a different product (i.e Purple Protogen instead of Blue Protogen) and your order has not shipped out, please advise us and if we can accommodate we shall do so and revise the order.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

If a order has not shipped and you request a refund, we'll provide a refund and cancel the order. Once an order has been shipped, the order cannot be refunded.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
