Who is Boss Monsta?

 

Boss Monsta LV is a Las Vegas, Nevada based team of manufacturing & supply chain pros paired with an international team of Artists from the start of 2020. We partner with notable streaming personalities & artists to deliver high quality, exciting designs that are compelling as they are stylish. We like to produce items that are considered “high concept” from our highly popular Protobeans to more exotic future products!

How will my order be shipped?

We utilize USPS for most domestic & international shipments by default. You may elect to use UPS or DHL optionally for most international shipments. Please select the type of service you wish for your package to be sent. 

Domestic US:

USPS First Class: 2-3 business days

USPS Priority: 1-3 business days

USPS Priority Express: 1-2 business days

 

International [EMEA, APAC, LATAM]:

DHL International Express: Usually less than a week, but this can vary by country.

USPS First Class International: 4-5 weeks

USPS Priority International: 6-10 business days

Orders are generally fulfilled within 48 hours or 2 business days. At least once a week we will ship all orders that are complete. In the event of a out of stock item, we will hold the order until inventory arrives to ship complete.

All timelines given are estimates and may vary. For any questions about your shipment contact support@bossmonsta.com with your order # and we will advise as soon as we can!

Do you pay international customs, duties or fees?

We do not pay any international customs, duties or fees. All fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please reference your local laws & procedures. We will not cooperate with any falsification of customs documentation.

What if there is a problem with my order?

Not to worry, we will do what it can to ensure you get what you pay for. If there is an issue with the order, please email support@bossmonsta.com and let us know the following:

  • Your Order Number
        • Example: Order #12345)
  • Specific Problem with order 
      • Example: Missing Item / Damaged product / wrong size, color.
      • “ I ordered a Blue Protobean but received a Red one.”

    Please let us know within 7 days of receiving the order.
